How do I set up my SendFox account?
Getting started with SendFox takes just a few minutes: create your account, add your details, bring in your contacts, and send your first email. Here’s the full walkthrough.
Overview
When you sign up, SendFox guides you through a short setup flow. You’ll create your account with your name, add contacts, and can connect your social accounts and website so SendFox can help you grow. Prefer to watch? The video below covers the basics.
Set up your account
- Create your account. Enter your name, email, and password — your name is required at sign-up and appears as your default sender name.
- Add your contacts. Import a CSV, paste contacts, or import from MailChimp or Google. See switching from MailChimp.
- Add your social handles. The setup flow leads with your social accounts — add your Twitter / X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn handles so SendFox can help you grow your audience.
- Connect your website (optional). Next you can add a blog or RSS feed so SendFox can pull in your latest content. This step is optional — skip it if you don’t have one.
- Create your first email. Head to Emails → Create Email. The first time you send, SendFox asks for your mailing address — anti-spam laws (like CAN-SPAM) require a physical address in every email. See how to create and send an email.
Your dashboard
After setup, your Dashboard is home base. A welcome header sits up top, followed by your headline numbers (total contacts, engaged subscribers, and new contacts), a Performance scorecard that grades your recent email results, a Recent contacts panel, and Quick actions for your next step. Pick a date range at the top right to set the period every card reflects. See your Dashboard explained for the full tour.

Choosing a plan
SendFox offers a free Free plan, a one-time Lifetime deal, and monthly Pro plans (with an Enterprise option). See SendFox’s key features and Pro plan features to compare.
Troubleshooting
I can’t send yet
- Verify your email. Newer accounts must confirm their email address before sending. Click the link in the verification email SendFox sent when you signed up, or click Resend verification email on the banner shown in your account. (Long-standing accounts aren’t affected.)
- Add your mailing address. SendFox prompts you for a complete mailing address the first time you try to send — it’s required before your email can go out. You can also add or update it anytime in Settings → Account → Profile.
My contacts didn’t import
- Check the file is a CSV with an email column. SendFox stores one contact per email, so duplicates are merged automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Is SendFox free to start?
Yes — you can start on the Free plan and upgrade later.
Why do I have to enter a mailing address?
Anti-spam laws require a valid physical mailing address in marketing emails. SendFox asks for it the first time you send and adds it to your email footer automatically.
