What can I do with SendFox?

SendFox is an email marketing tool for creators. You can build an audience, send newsletters and automated email sequences, create Smart Pages and forms, and connect SendFox to the tools you already use. Plans range from Free to a one-time Lifetime deal and the monthly Pro subscription (see what Pro includes).

Free includes 1,000 contacts and 3,000 sends a month. The $29 Lifetime deal gives you 5,000 contacts and a one-time pool of 300,000 sends. Pro (Pro 1 to Pro 5) adds sending without SendFox branding, paid newsletters, the full HTML editor and Teams. Every plan can connect an AI assistant: Free gets a limited set of tools, Lifetime and Pro get them all.

How do I send emails and automations?

Emails. Create and send newsletters to your contacts from the Emails area, using templates or your own layout.
Automations. Send a series of emails automatically when a contact joins a list, with a wait before each email, from the Automations area. See how to create an automation.
Smart Campaigns. Let SendFox draft emails from your blog, podcast or YouTube channel, set up under Settings → Smart Campaigns. See how Smart Campaigns work.

How do I grow and manage my audience?

Contacts & Lists. Organize subscribers with lists and tags under Contacts, which has Lists, Tags and Activity tabs.
Imports. Bring contacts in from a CSV file, or directly from Mailchimp or Kit. See how to switch to SendFox from another email platform.

Where do templates, sections and content sources live?

Templates. Save reusable email Templates and Sections to build campaigns faster, under More → Templates or the email editor’s Library.
Web presence. Add your blog, podcast or YouTube channel and your social profiles under Settings → Web presence. SendFox uses your content sources to draft Smart Campaign emails and build your Smart Page, and your social profiles appear as icons in your email footers.

How do I earn from and connect SendFox?

Paid newsletters. Charge subscribers for premium content (a Pro feature). See what Pro includes.
Integrations & API. Connect SendFox to WordPress, Zapier, TidyCal and more. See what integrations SendFox has. The Free plan includes a limited set of API endpoints (reading your account, lists, campaigns and stats, and adding and tagging contacts); the full API comes with a paid plan, and Zapier needs Lifetime or Pro.
Teams. Invite teammates to your account from Settings → Team (Pro).

Troubleshooting

A feature isn't showing in my account

Some features are plan-specific. Paid newsletters, whitelabel, the full HTML editor and Teams need Pro. On Free, the API and the AI assistant work with a limited set of endpoints and tools; the full API, every AI assistant tool and Zapier need Lifetime or Pro.
On Lifetime or Pro, your plan is shown under Settings → Plan & billing. On Free, click Upgrade in the top nav to compare plans.

I can't find where a feature lives

Use the top navigation: Emails, Contacts, Grow, Automations and More (templates, lists, tags and activity). Account and billing options are under Settings in the account menu at the top right.
