What are SendFox's key features?

SendFox's key features include email campaigns, automations, Smart Pages, signup forms, contact lists, paid newsletters, and integrations. Here's an overview of what you can do in SendFox.

What you can do with SendFox

SendFox is an email marketing tool for creators. You can build an audience, send newsletters and automated email sequences, create Smart Pages and forms, and connect SendFox to the tools you already use. Plans range from Free to a one-time Lifetime deal and the monthly Pro plan (see Pro plan features for what Pro unlocks).

Send emails & automations

Emails. Create and send newsletters to your contacts from the Emails area, using templates or your own layout.
Automations. Build automated email sequences (Smart Campaigns) that send on a schedule or when a contact joins a list, from the Automations area.
Personalization. Insert merge tags (like a contact's first name) so each email feels personal.

Grow & manage your audience

Contacts & Lists. Organize subscribers into lists and segments under Audience (Lists and Contacts).
Smart Pages. Build hosted pages to collect subscribers, under Growth → Smart Pages.
Forms. Create embeddable signup forms under Growth → Forms.
Referrals Campaign. Run a refer-a-friend campaign to grow your list, under Growth → Referrals Campaign.

Templates, sections & content sources

Library. Save reusable email Templates and Sections to build campaigns faster.
Social & RSS (Web Presence). Connect your social profiles and RSS feeds so SendFox can help auto-generate Smart Pages and Smart Campaign emails.

Troubleshooting

A feature isn't showing in my account

Some features are plan-specific. Paid newsletters, whitelabel, and the full HTML editor require the monthly Pro plan; API access requires a paid plan.
Check your current plan under Settings → Plan & billing.

I can't find where a feature lives

Use the top navigation: Emails, Automations, Audience, Growth, and Library. Account and billing options are under Settings.
