Pro plan features
SendFox Pro is the monthly plan — Pro 1 through Pro 5 plus Enterprise — that unlocks whitelabel sending, paid newsletters, the full HTML editor, and much higher sending limits.
What is SendFox Pro?
Pro is SendFox's monthly subscription. It comes in five tiers — Pro 1 through Pro 5 — plus a custom Enterprise option, so you can pick the contact and sending limits that fit your list. Every Pro tier includes the same Pro feature set; the higher tiers simply raise the caps.
Pro is a monthly upgrade on top of a SendFox Lifetime plan. If you're already on a paid Lifetime plan (including the one-time $29 Lifetime), open Settings → Plan & billing and choose a Pro tier to subscribe. If you're on the Free plan, get the $29 Lifetime plan first, then upgrade to Pro from Plan & billing.
Previously called the "Empire Add-On." Pro is the new name for SendFox's monthly plan, and the Empire Add-On is being restructured into the Pro tiers. For now you keep your current Empire plan and pricing. If your account reaches the point where it needs a Pro plan, you will get an email and an in-app notice naming a date by which to choose one — see Why is my SendFox account paused or restricted?. Pro 1 includes everything your Empire subscription did, with higher limits.
Pro features
These features are included with every Pro tier (and with a Pro trial). They are not available on the Free or one-time Lifetime plans:
- Whitelabel — remove SendFox branding. Send emails with no SendFox footer branding. (Whitelabel is a monthly Pro feature; the one-time $29 Lifetime plan keeps the small SendFox footer.)
- Paid newsletters. Charge your subscribers for premium content through your own connected Stripe account.
- Full HTML editor. Paste any template or hand-tune your campaigns line by line. Free and Lifetime plans use the basic editor.
- Optional single opt-in. Turn off double opt-in account-wide if you don't need it — your choice. (Lifetime accounts can also switch to single opt-in once they’ve validated a sending domain.)
- Dedicated, higher-reputation sending. Pro accounts send from SendFox's premium sending IP pool.
- AI subject line suggestions. Generate subject-line ideas from your draft — up to 100 generations a month, 5 suggestions each.
- A/B testing for automations. Split-test two versions of an automated email; SendFox sends each variant to half the audience.
- Full-color email-footer icons. Your connected social profiles show as icons in your email footer in each platform's official brand color. Free and Lifetime plans get clean black icons.

Pick the tier that matches your audience size. Pricing is monthly:

Your contact limit is a floor, not a ceiling. If you already hold lifetime deals that add up to more contacts than your Pro tier (for example 25,000 contacts) and you subscribe to Pro 1, you keep your higher contact count — Pro never lowers it.
Already a SendFox customer? These plans and limits are for new accounts. If you already have a plan (a lifetime deal or a monthly subscription), you keep it, including your current sending. The new tiers and limits apply only if you choose to switch.
Need more than Pro 5, or custom limits? Enterprise is available on a contact-sales basis with limits set for your account.
Changing or canceling Pro
You can change tiers at any time. Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of your billing period; downgrading takes effect with your new, lower rate from the next invoice. You can also cancel your Pro subscription at any time — you'll keep Pro features until the end of the period you've paid for, then return to your Free or Lifetime plan.
Not ready to cancel? You can pause a monthly plan for up to three months instead. A pause is free and reversible: it starts at your next renewal date rather than today, you are not charged on that date, and sending switches off for the length of the pause while your contacts, lists, automations and stats stay exactly as they are. Come back early with Resume now at the same price. See pause instead of cancelling.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Pro features
- Pro features require an active Pro subscription (or an active trial). Confirm your subscription is active under Settings → Plan & billing.
- Whitelabel (no SendFox branding) is a monthly Pro feature — it is not included with the one-time $29 Lifetime plan.
I'm on the Empire Add-On — do I need to do anything?
- "Empire Add-On" is the previous name of the monthly plan, and it is being restructured into the Pro tiers. You keep your current plan and pricing for now. If your account reaches the point where it needs a Pro plan, SendFox emails you and shows an in-app notice with a date by which to choose one — see Why is my SendFox account paused or restricted?.
One tier is marked "Recommended for you"
- If your account has been asked to move to Pro, Settings → Plan & billing marks the tier SendFox has calculated for you with a Recommended for you badge, based on your contact count and how much you sent over the previous 30 days.
- When that badge is present you cannot subscribe to a smaller tier — checkout and tier switches are blocked with a message naming the minimum. The most common reason a smaller tier is refused is your contact count rather than your sending.

Frequently asked questions
Was the Empire Add-On discontinued?
No. The Empire Add-On is simply the previous name of SendFox's monthly plan, which is now presented as Pro (Pro 1–5 + Enterprise), and it is being restructured into those tiers. Existing Empire customers keep their plan and label for now; an account that reaches the point where it needs a Pro plan is asked to choose one by a stated date (more on that here).
Does the $29 Lifetime plan include whitelabel?
No. Whitelabel (removing the SendFox footer) is a monthly Pro feature. The one-time $29 Lifetime plan keeps the small SendFox footer.
Can I switch between Pro tiers later?
Yes. You can move up or down a tier at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades apply your new rate from the next billing cycle.
