How do I request a new feature?
Missing a feature in SendFox? You can request it — and upvote ideas from other users — on the in-app Feedback board, which helps our team prioritize what to build next.
Submit a feature request
- Open the account menu (top right) and click Feedback.
- Search the board first to see if your idea already exists. If it does, upvote it — the more votes an idea gets, the higher it rises.
- If it’s new, click Submit idea and describe the feature you’d like.
Track what ships
When we release features, you’ll find them under What’s New in the same account menu. See Where’s your roadmap? for more on how we share progress.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see the Feedback option
- It’s in the account menu at the top-right of the app, next to Settings, Help, and What’s New.

Should I post an idea that already exists?
No — search first and upvote the existing idea instead. Votes carry more weight than duplicate posts.
