SendFox Pro comes in five tiers — Pro 1 through Pro 5 — plus a custom Enterprise option. Compare contacts, monthly sending limits, and pricing to choose the right Pro plan for your audience.

How SendFox Pro tiers work

Every Pro tier includes the same Pro feature set (whitelabel, paid newsletters, the full HTML editor, optional single opt-in, AI subject line suggestions, A/B testing for automations, and premium sending). The tiers differ only in how many contacts you can store and how many emails you can send each month — so you pick the tier that matches your audience size.

Already a SendFox customer? These plans and limits are for new accounts. If you already have a plan (a lifetime deal or a monthly subscription), you keep it, including your current sending. The new tiers and limits apply only if you choose to switch.

How to choose your tier

  1. Count your contacts. Pick the smallest tier whose contact limit covers your current list with room to grow.
  2. Check your monthly send volume. Each contact may receive several emails a month (newsletters + automations), so make sure the tier's monthly email limit covers your sending.
  3. Remember the contact limit is a floor, not a ceiling. If you already hold lifetime deals worth more contacts than a Pro tier (for example 25,000) and subscribe to Pro 1, you keep your higher contact count — Pro never lowers it.

How to subscribe to Pro

Pro is a monthly upgrade on top of a SendFox Lifetime plan. If you're already on a paid Lifetime plan (including the one-time $29 Lifetime), open Settings → Plan & billing, choose your Pro tier, and complete checkout. If you're on the Free plan, get the $29 Lifetime plan first, then upgrade to Pro from Plan & billing. Your Pro features and higher limits apply as soon as the subscription is active.

Switching tiers later

You can move between Pro tiers at any time. Upgrading to a higher tier takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of your current billing period. Downgrading applies your new, lower rate from the next invoice. You can also cancel at any time and keep Pro features until the end of the period you've paid for.

Need more than Pro 5? Enterprise

If you need more than 250,000 contacts or custom sending limits, Enterprise is available on a contact-sales basis. Enterprise limits are set for your account, so reach out to the SendFox team to discuss your needs.

Troubleshooting

My limits didn't update after subscribing

  • New Pro limits apply once the subscription is active. Confirm your plan under Settings → Plan & billing.
  • If your contact count is higher than your new tier (from stacked lifetime deals), that's expected — your contact limit is a floor and won't drop.

I'm not sure which tier I need

  • Start with the tier that covers your current contacts, then upgrade later if you grow — upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately.
