Already have a SendFox lifetime deal? The $29 Lifetime plan and the 300,000-send pool described here are for new lifetime purchases. If you already hold a SendFox lifetime deal (for example through AppSumo), you keep your existing plan and uncapped sending; this pool doesn't apply to you.

The $29 Lifetime plan at a glance

The Lifetime plan is a one-time $29 purchase (no recurring fee). It includes:

How the Lifetime send pool works

Your 300,000 emails are a cumulative, one-time pool — not a monthly allowance. Every email you send (newsletters and automations) draws down from the same pool, and it never refreshes. For example, if you send 20,000 emails in your first month, you have 280,000 left for all future months combined.

This is the main difference from the monthly Pro plans: a Pro tier gives you a fresh sending allowance every month, while the Lifetime pool is a single total that lasts until you use it up.

What happens when the pool runs out

When your 300,000-email pool is used up, sending pauses. To keep sending, upgrade to a monthly Pro plan, which adds a monthly sending allowance on top of your account. Your contacts and account stay intact — only sending pauses until you add capacity.

Good to know

  • One Lifetime deal per account. The $29 Lifetime is a single purchase and can't be stacked — you can't buy a second one to add more pool.
  • Whitelabel is not included. Removing the SendFox footer is a monthly Pro feature, so the small SendFox footer stays on the Lifetime plan.
  • Contacts vs sending are separate. The 5,000-contact limit and the 300,000-send pool are tracked independently.

Troubleshooting

My campaign stopped sending

  • Check your remaining Lifetime pool under Settings → Plan & billing. If it's at zero, your pool is used up.
  • To resume sending, upgrade to a Pro tier for a monthly sending allowance.

I already had a lifetime deal — does the 300,000 limit apply to me?

  • No. Existing lifetime-deal holders keep their previous plan and sending. The 300,000 pool applies to new $29 Lifetime purchases.
