The short answer

Yes. Every email SendFox sends from your account counts toward your sending allowance—newsletters, resends, and the emails sent by your automations (drip sequences and Smart Campaigns). Automations run on the same sending engine as regular emails, so each automated message is counted just like a manual send. There is no separate, “free” allowance for automated emails.

How your sending allowance works

How many emails you can send depends on your plan:

On every plan, automated emails and manual newsletters draw from the same allowance. For example, on the $29 Lifetime plan your automations and newsletters both spend from the one-time 300,000-email pool; on a Pro tier they both count against that month's allowance.

Already a SendFox customer? These plans and limits are for new accounts. If you already have a plan (a lifetime deal or a monthly subscription), you keep it, including your current sending. The new tiers and limits apply only if you choose to switch.

Need a higher sending limit?

If you regularly reach your limit, you can add sending capacity:

  • On the $29 Lifetime plan: when your one-time 300,000-email pool runs low or is used up, upgrade to a monthly Pro plan for a fresh monthly allowance.
  • On a Pro tier: move up to a higher tier (Pro 1 → Pro 5) anytime from Settings → Plan & billing.
  • On the Free plan: see your upgrade options for adding contacts and sending.

Troubleshooting

My automation stopped sending

  • You may have reached your sending allowance. Check your usage under Settings → Plan & billing.
  • On the $29 Lifetime plan, sending pauses once the 300,000-email pool is used up—upgrade to a Pro tier to resume. Your contacts and account stay intact.

My send count went up more than I expected

  • Active automations send in the background as contacts enter them, so your total includes both automated and manual emails.
  • Each contact can receive several emails a month (newsletters plus automation steps), and every one counts.
