How can I refund or cancel my SendFox account?
How to cancel a SendFox Pro subscription, permanently delete your account, or request a refund — what each one does, and what happens to your contacts and data.
Cancel, delete, or refund?
These are three separate actions in SendFox:
- Cancel your Pro subscription — stop the monthly charge but keep your account and contacts (you return to the Free or Lifetime plan).
- Delete your account — permanently remove your account and all of its data.
- Request a refund — handled by wherever you purchased.
Cancel your Pro subscription
You can cancel a monthly Pro subscription yourself at any time:
- Open Settings → Plan & billing.
- Click Cancel.
- Optionally share why, then confirm with Cancel anyway.
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — nothing changes today, and you keep your Pro features until then. Changed your mind? Click Resume Subscription on the same page before the cycle ends. When the period ends, your account returns to the Free or Lifetime plan and the Pro-only features (whitelabel, VIP sending, and the full HTML editor) switch off.
A one-time Lifetime deal isn't a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel — it simply stays on your account.
Delete your SendFox account
Deleting your account is permanent and is separate from cancelling a subscription. To delete your account:
- Open Settings.
- Click Request account deletion and confirm.
- SendFox sends a confirmation email to your account's address. Click the link in that email while you're logged in to complete the deletion.
Once confirmed, your account, contacts, and data are removed and can't be recovered. If you only want to stop paying, cancel your Pro subscription instead (above) — that keeps your account and contacts intact.
Request a refund
Where to request a refund depends on where you bought:
- Lifetime deal bought on AppSumo — refunds are handled by AppSumo under their refund policy. Contact support@appsumo.com.
- A Pro subscription, or a plan purchased directly from SendFox — reach the SendFox team through the Help Center.
Troubleshooting
I cancelled but still have Pro features
- That's expected — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep Pro until then.
I didn't get the account-deletion email
- Check the inbox (and spam) for your account's email address. The confirmation link must be opened while you're logged in to that account.

Frequently asked questions
Does cancelling delete my account or contacts?
No. Cancelling only stops the monthly Pro charge — your account and contacts stay. To remove your account entirely, use Delete your SendFox account above.
Can I get Pro back after cancelling?
Yes. Before your billing period ends, click Resume Subscription on the Plan & billing page. After it ends, you can subscribe to Pro again.
Is the $29 Lifetime plan refundable?
