How to Change your Email Address
You can change the email address you use to log into SendFox from your account settings. For security, the change is confirmed by a link sent to your new address.
Change your login email
- Open the account menu (top right) and click Settings.
- Under Account, open Profile.
- In Your details, update the Email field to your new address.
- Click Save.
- SendFox sends a confirmation email to the new address. Open it and click the link to finish the change.
Until you click that confirmation link, you keep logging in with your current email. Prefer to watch? The video below walks through it.
Troubleshooting
I didn’t get the confirmation email
- Check the spam/junk folder of the new address, and confirm you typed it correctly. You can re-submit the change in Settings → Profile to resend it.
It still shows my old email
- The change only applies after you click the confirmation link in the email sent to the new address.

Yes — this is your account/login email, and it’s where account notifications are sent.
Does this change the “from” address on my emails?
No. Your login email is separate from the sender address on campaigns, which you set per email.
