Why is my domain validation not working?

There are a few reasons why the domain is not validating:

2. The validation can sometimes take up to 48 hours to take effect depending on the provider

3. Some providers don't allow you to change this, and in cases like this it is best to reach out to them directly and ask how to add the CNAME entries
