How can I share my latest Instagram posts using SendFox?

Share your latest Instagram posts with SendFox: connect Instagram once, then show your posts on your Smart Page feed or turn them into an email with the AI generator.

Step 1: Connect your Instagram account

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
  2. Under Connections, click Social & RSS (the page is titled Web Presence).
  3. Scroll to 2. Your Social Media and click Connect next to Instagram Profile. You'll be sent to Instagram to authorize SendFox, then returned with your account connected.

Your Social Media section with the Instagram Connect button and Update Social Profiles

SendFox never posts to your accounts — it only reads your latest posts to generate content. Unlike Instagram, the other networks here (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) just take your profile handle; you can also check Include social icons in email footers to link your profiles from every email.

Show Instagram posts on your Smart Page

If your Smart Page has its feed page enabled, your latest Instagram posts appear there automatically alongside your past newsletters and content.

Turn Instagram posts into an email

  1. Go to Emails and create or open an email.
  2. Click AI generator in the editor's action bar.
  3. Open the Social Content tab, pick the Instagram post(s) you want to share, and click Generate Email.

SendFox builds the email with your selected posts — edit it like any other campaign, then send. See how to create and send an email.

Troubleshooting

My posts aren't showing up

  • Make sure your Smart Page has Enable Feed Page turned on.
  • Recently connected? Posts can take a little while to sync after connecting.
  • If the connection looks stale, click Disconnect and connect again.

I see a username box instead of a Connect button

  • Only Instagram uses Connect — Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook are handle fields. Make sure you're on the Instagram Profile row.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will SendFox ever post to my Instagram?

No. SendFox only reads your posts to display and generate content — it never posts on your channels.

How do I disconnect Instagram?

On the same Social & RSS page, click Disconnect next to Instagram Profile. Your synced posts are removed from SendFox.

Can SendFox email my new content automatically?

Yes — Smart Campaigns auto-draft emails from your blog, podcast, or YouTube feeds.
