Can I show my Instagram posts on my SendFox Smart Page?
Instagram posts aren’t shown on SendFox Smart Pages right now. Connecting Instagram in Settings → Web presence adds your profile to your email footer icons.
Can I show my Instagram posts on my Smart Page?
Not at the moment. Smart Pages don’t display Instagram posts right now, so connecting Instagram doesn’t add an Instagram section to your page’s feed. Your feed still shows the emails you publish there (under Newsletters) and any blog, podcast, or YouTube content from your Web presence page — see What does the Feed page do? New to Smart Pages? How do I connect Instagram to SendFox?
Connecting Instagram and adding your social profiles works on every plan, including Free.
- Click your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Under Connections, click Web presence.
- Under Social profiles, click Connect next to Instagram. You'll be sent to Instagram to authorize SendFox, then returned with your account connected.
Connecting saves your Instagram username as one of your social profiles. SendFox never posts to your accounts. Unlike Instagram, the other networks here — X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and Pinterest — just take your profile handle. Check Include social icons in email footers to link your profiles from every email, then choose an Icon style: Black (included on every plan) or Full color in each platform's official brand color (a Pro feature).

Why aren't my Instagram posts showing on my Smart Page?
- Instagram posts aren’t shown on Smart Pages at the moment. This isn’t a problem with your connection, and disconnecting and reconnecting won’t change it.
Why do I see a username box instead of a Connect button?
- Only Instagram uses Connect — X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook are handle fields. Make sure you're on the Instagram row.
