How to resend an email to non-opens?
Didn’t everyone open your last email? You can resend it to just the people who didn’t open it — often with a fresh subject line — in a couple of clicks.
Resend to non-opens
- Open Emails and click the sent campaign you want to resend.
- Open its opens (the email’s open stats/report).
- Click Resend to Non-Opens.
- SendFox starts a new email pre-targeted to the people who didn’t open the original. Tweak the subject line (a new one often lifts opens), review the recipients, and send.
Because it’s a fresh send, you keep your original campaign’s stats intact and only reach the contacts who missed it the first time.
Alternative: Advanced Search
You can also build the audience yourself: on the Contacts page, use Advanced Search, set the filter to Non-Opened for the campaign, run the search, and email that segment. See organizing and analyzing contacts.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see the option
- Make sure the campaign has actually been sent — open data (and the resend option) only exist for sent emails.
Should I change anything before resending?
- Change the subject line so it doesn’t look identical to the email they already received — it usually improves opens.

Frequently asked questions
Does resending mess up my original stats?
No — the resend is a separate email, so your first campaign’s stats stay intact.
Who gets the resend?
Only contacts who didn’t open the original campaign.
