How to resend an email to non-opens?

To resend an email campaign to your Non-opens, you will want to do this by (a) filtering the non-open contacts and (b) specifying the Email Campaign.

Here’s how: 

1. Go to your Contacts page and toggle the Search Button and Advanced Seach 

   

2. Select ALL to match all the criteria you are about to enter.
   1. Select Non-Opened
   2. Select the Email Campaign you are targeting.
3. Click Search
4. Click “Email Segment” to email the filtered contacts.
