What integrations does SendFox have?

SendFox integrations connect your account to WordPress, Zapier, Make, TidyCal, Mailchimp, Shopify, and many more tools. Here is the full list of SendFox integrations and how to set each one up.

How SendFox integrations work

SendFox connects with other tools in three ways:

  • Native integrations you connect directly inside your SendFox account (for example TidyCal, Zapier, Mailchimp, and your social profiles).
  • The SendFox API and no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Integrately, and Pabbly Connect.
  • A wide range of third-party tools that have built their own SendFox connection.

Plan note: API access — and any integration that depends on it, including Zapier — is available on paid plans (Lifetime and Pro). The Free plan does not include API access: API requests made on a Free account are declined with an "API access requires a paid plan" message, and the Zapier card prompts you to upgrade. If you are on the Free plan and need integrations, upgrade to a paid plan to unlock the API.

Native integrations (built into SendFox)

You can connect these from your account without any third-party tool. Open the account menu in the top-right corner, choose Settings, then look under Connections.

Settings → Connections → Integrations

SendFox Settings Integrations page showing the TidyCal and Zapier connection cards

  • TidyCal — connect your TidyCal account to add booking links to your emails. Click Connect your TidyCal account to authorize the connection.
  • Zapier — connect SendFox to thousands of apps with automated Zaps. On a paid plan, choose Browse Zapier integrations; on the Free plan this card shows Upgrade to unlock Zapier.

When you import contacts

  • Mailchimp — connect your Mailchimp account to import your existing lists and contacts into SendFox.
  • Google — connect Google to import your Google contacts.

SendFox also supports a native Shopify connection.

Settings → Connections → Social & RSS

Connect your social profiles on the Social & RSS page (the page heading reads Web Presence). SendFox uses these sources to auto-generate your Smart Pages and Smart Campaign emails — it never posts to your channels on your behalf.

The SendFox API & automation platforms

The SendFox API powers most no-code automations. These platforms let you connect SendFox to other apps without writing code (all require a paid plan for API access):

WordPress & form integrations

SendFox works with WordPress and popular form builders. For the full WordPress walkthrough, see How can I integrate SendFox and WordPress?

More tools that connect with SendFox

Many other apps have built their own SendFox integration. If a tool you use isn't listed, we recommend reaching out to that app directly to ask about a SendFox integration.

You can also build connections through Pabbly Connect for popular apps, including these step-by-step video guides:

Troubleshooting

My integration says it needs API access or a paid plan

  • API access (and Zapier) is paid-only. On the Free plan, API requests are declined and the Zapier card shows Upgrade to unlock Zapier.
  • Upgrade to a paid plan (Lifetime or Pro) to unlock API access, then reconnect the integration.

There's no built-in integration for the app I use

  • Check whether the app connects through Zapier, Make, or Pabbly Connect — these reach thousands of apps.
  • If not, you (or the other app's team) can build a connection with the SendFox API.

A third-party tool won't connect

  • Most third-party tools are built and maintained by those companies. Confirm you're using a valid API token from a paid SendFox account, then contact that app's support.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Free plan include API access?

No. API access is available on paid plans (Lifetime and Pro). API requests on a Free account are declined with an "API access requires a paid plan" message. This also applies to Zapier, which connects through the API.

Can I use Zapier with SendFox?

Yes, on a paid plan. Open Settings → Connections → Integrations and choose Browse Zapier integrations, or see Does SendFox have a Zapier App?

Does SendFox still integrate with Sumo or KingSumo?

No. SendFox no longer offers a Sumo or KingSumo integration. To collect and sync subscribers, use a native integration, the SendFox API, or a no-code platform such as Zapier or Make.

How do I request a new integration?

We recommend reaching out to the app you'd like to connect with SendFox and asking them to build (or prioritize) a SendFox integration. Many integrations on this page were built by those app teams.
