How do I change my primary Smart Page in SendFox?
To change which Smart Page opens at your custom URL, go to Growth → Smart Pages, open the page's three-dot menu and click Make primary. Works on every plan.
How are my custom URL and Smart Pages connected?
Your custom URL is set under Settings → Profile in the Custom URL field. Whichever Smart Page is marked Primary is the one visitors see at that address — and you can switch it as often as you like. For example, point sendfox.com/acme at a promo page this week and back to your main page next week.
Choosing a primary page works on every plan. The first Smart Page you create becomes primary automatically, so on Free (one Smart Page) it is always your primary. Connecting your own domain to the primary page needs Pro.
Emails you publish to the web always go to your primary Smart Page. If you don't have a Custom URL yet, publishing picks one for you based on your email address; you can change it under Settings → Profile.
How do I change my primary Smart Page?
- Go to Growth → Smart Pages.
- Click the three-dot menu on the Smart Page you want to use — it sits next to the page name on its card (in list view, at the right end of the row).
- Click Make primary. You'll see a confirmation, and the Primary label moves to that page.
Only one page is primary at a time — making a page primary automatically un-primaries the previous one.
Troubleshooting
Why is Make primary greyed out?
- That page is already your primary page — the option reads Primary page and is disabled, so there's nothing to change.
Why doesn't my custom URL work?
- Set your Custom URL first: Settings → Profile → Custom URL, then click Save changes.

Does my feed page move too?
Yes — sendfox.com/yourname/feed follows the primary page (if its feed page is enabled).
What happens if I delete my primary Smart Page?
If you have another Smart Page, the most recently created one becomes primary automatically, so your custom URL keeps working.
Do my published emails move when I change my primary page?
No. New emails you publish go to whichever page is primary when you publish them. Emails you published earlier stay on the page they were published to.
Can I use my own domain instead of sendfox.com/yourname?
Yes — on Pro you can connect a domain you own (like news.yourdomain.com) to your primary Smart Page. Set it up under Settings → Sending → Smart page domain — see Use your own domain.
