What does the "Enable Feed page" feature do?

The Feed page adds a public blog of your published emails and latest content to your Smart Page, so visitors can read first. Turn it on in Growth → Smart Pages.

What the feed page shows

When enabled, your Smart Page gets a feed at your page's URL/feed (for a primary page: sendfox.com/yourname/feed). It displays:

• Your sent emails that carry the campaign tags you select — including emails you publish to your Smart Page from the send window.
• Your latest content — blog posts, podcast episodes, and YouTube videos from the content sources on your Web presence page. Instagram posts aren't shown right now.

Your emails appear under the Newsletters heading. When the feed has more than one kind of content, that heading becomes a menu for switching between Newsletters, Articles, Podcasts, and Videos.

The Feed page works on every plan, including Free (Free accounts have one Smart Page).

Visitors reach it from your Smart Page via the "Let me read first" link. See it live on our CEO's page: sendfox.com/noah → sendfox.com/noah/feed.

How to turn it on

1. Go to Growth → Smart Pages and open (or create) the Smart Page you want a feed on.
2. In the builder, open the Content tab and switch on Feed page ("Publishes your past emails as a blog under this page").
3. Under Include emails tagged, pick the campaign tags whose emails should appear on the feed — only sent emails with one of these tags appear, so with no tags selected the feed shows no emails. (Create tags from the email editor — click Tags in the editor's action bar.)
4. Optionally switch Comments on or off ("Let readers reply publicly under each post").
5. Use the Landing / Feed toggle in the preview pane to check how the feed looks, then click Publish page (Publish changes on an existing page).

Publishing individual emails

You can also put a single email on your primary Smart Page's feed as you send it. In the send window, click Next: Web → and use the Publish to your Smart Page switch (for an email you've already sent, click Publish to web). Publishing adds the page's tag to the email, and it turns the Feed page on if it was off — the send window calls the feed the Newsletters tab. If you have a primary Smart Page, publishing starts switched on for any email you haven't scheduled yet, so switch it off for anything you want to keep inbox-only. Turning the feed on this way also lists earlier emails tagged for that page.

Campaign tags are not contact tags

The tags you pick under Include emails tagged are campaign tags — labels on an email, used to choose which past emails appear on the feed. They are a separate feature from contact tags, which are labels on people. Tagging a contact never changes what shows on your feed, and tagging an email never changes who receives it.

Troubleshooting

My past emails don't show on the feed

• Only campaigns with the campaign tags you selected under Include emails tagged appear. Open the email in the editor, click Tags, and add the matching tag. With no tags selected, the feed shows no emails.
• To add one email to your primary Smart Page, open it and use Publish to web (or the Publish to your Smart Page switch when you send).

My blog, podcast, or video content doesn't show

• The feed pulls from your Settings → Connections → Web presence sources — add your blog, podcast, or YouTube URL there.
