Is there a way I can deliver an attachment or pdf via email?

SendFox emails don’t support file attachments, but there’s a simple, more deliverable workaround: host your file online and link to it in your email.

Why link instead of attach

SendFox campaigns can’t carry file attachments (like a PDF). That’s actually good for deliverability — attachments often trigger spam filters and bloat your email. Linking to a hosted file keeps your email light and lets you update the file later without resending.

How to share a PDF or file

  1. Upload your file to a cloud storage service (for example, Google Drive, Dropbox, or your own website).
  2. Get a shareable link and make sure its permissions allow recipients to view it.
  3. In your SendFox email, select some text or a button and add the link.

Recipients click through to view or download the file.

Troubleshooting

Recipients can’t open my file

  • Check the file’s sharing permissions — it should be viewable by anyone with the link, not restricted to specific accounts.

Can I at least embed an image?

  • Yes — you can insert images directly in the editor. Only file attachments aren’t supported; link to those instead.

Frequently asked questions

Will SendFox ever attach the file directly?

SendFox sends the link rather than an attachment. Hosting and linking is the supported approach.

Can I see who clicked the link?

Yes — link clicks show in your campaign stats and on each contact’s activity.
