Can I attach a PDF or file to a SendFox email?

No, SendFox emails can’t carry attachments on any plan. Upload the PDF to Google Drive, Dropbox or your site, then link to it from text or a CTA button in the email.

Why can’t I attach a file?

SendFox campaigns can’t carry file attachments (like a PDF), and this is the same on every plan — Free, Lifetime and Pro. A link works better anyway: it keeps your email small, you can update the file later without resending, and SendFox shows you who clicked it.

How do I share a PDF in an email?

1. Upload your file to a cloud storage service (for example, Google Drive, Dropbox, or your own website).
2. Get a shareable link and make sure its permissions allow recipients to view it.
3. In your SendFox email (see how do I create and send an email?), select some text, click the link button (or press ⌘K / Ctrl+K), paste the link and click Apply.
4. For a download button, add a CTA button block and paste the link into its URL field.

Troubleshooting

Recipients can’t open my file

• Check the file’s sharing permissions — it should be viewable by anyone with the link, not restricted to specific accounts.

I want to show a picture instead of a file

• Add an Image block — images go straight into the email. Only file attachments aren’t supported; link to those instead.

Yes — link clicks show in your email’s report, where Who clicked → lists the people who clicked each link, and on each contact’s activity.
