Does SendFox have a Zapier app, and how do I connect it?
Yes. SendFox has a Zapier app on the Lifetime and Pro plans (not Free). Create a token in Settings → API tokens, then paste it when Zapier asks to connect SendFox.
Is Zapier available on my plan?
Yes. You'll find SendFox's Zapier app and ready-made Zaps at zapier.com/apps/sendfox/integrations. Zapier works on every paid plan — Lifetime, Pro and Enterprise — but not on Free: it connects through the SendFox API, which the Free plan doesn't include. On the Free plan, the Zapier card in Settings shows Upgrade to unlock Zapier instead.
How do I connect SendFox to Zapier?
- In SendFox, open the account dropdown (top right) and go to Settings → Connections → API tokens.
- Under Personal Access Tokens, click Create New Token and copy the new token—see how to get a SendFox API access token. (The token is your Zapier connection key; you won't use your SendFox password.)
- In Zapier, create a Zap and choose SendFox as the app. When Zapier asks you to connect your SendFox account, paste the token.
- Build your Zap as usual—or start from a ready-made one: in SendFox, go to Settings → Connections → Integrations and click Browse Zapier integrations on the Zapier card.
Troubleshooting
The Zapier card says "Upgrade to unlock Zapier"
- You're on the Free plan. Zapier needs API access, which is included with the Lifetime and Pro plans—the upgrade button takes you to pricing.
My Zap stopped working or can't authenticate
- Create a fresh token under Settings → Connections → API tokens and reconnect the SendFox app in Zapier—tokens stop working if they were revoked.
- If your account moved to the Free plan, API calls return "API access requires a paid plan." and Zaps will fail until you upgrade.
