Does SendFox have an affiliate or referral program?
SendFox has no affiliate program. Refer buyers through AppSumo’s refer-a-friend program, or share your personal invite link from Settings → Referrals (every plan).
What referral options does SendFox have?
There are three, and none of them is a paid affiliate program:
- AppSumo’s refer-a-friend program — refer new SendFox buyers on AppSumo and AppSumo credits your AppSumo account.
- Your SendFox invite link — under Settings → Referrals, to invite friends to sign up for SendFox.
- Subscriber referrals — a referral program for your newsletter, so your own readers can refer friends (see How does the SendFox subscriber referral program work?).
Your invite link and subscriber referrals work on every plan — Free, Lifetime and Pro. AppSumo’s program needs a free AppSumo account. For everything else SendFox includes, see SendFox’s key features.
How do I refer people through AppSumo?
- Go to AppSumo’s refer-a-friend page and grab your unique referral link. This link is what tracks the people you refer.
- Share your link anywhere — social media, email, your website. The more places you share it, the more people will see it. Tell them to search for SendFox on AppSumo.
- When someone buys SendFox on AppSumo through your link, AppSumo credits your AppSumo account. See AppSumo’s refer-a-friend page for the current terms and credit amount.
Where is my SendFox referral link?
Every SendFox account has a personal invite link:
- Open Settings from the account menu (top right) and click Referrals in the sidebar.
- Click Copy link and share it with friends who might want to use SendFox.
- People who sign up through your link appear in the table below it, with their Signup date and whether they’ve Verified their email.
The “Powered by SendFox” badge on your emails, hosted forms and Smart Pages also links through your invite link. Pro removes that badge (whitelabel).
Troubleshooting
I don’t have an AppSumo account
- AppSumo’s refer-a-friend program needs a free AppSumo account. Create one on AppSumo, then grab your referral link. Your SendFox invite link under Settings → Referrals doesn’t need one.
My AppSumo referral didn’t credit
- Referral tracking is handled by AppSumo. Make sure your friend used your referral link, and contact AppSumo support for credit questions.
A friend signed up but isn’t in my Referrals table
- The table only lists people who opened your invite link and then created a SendFox account. Ask them to use your copied link rather than going to sendfox.com directly.

Is this the same as SendFox’s subscriber referrals?
No. AppSumo’s program and your invite link bring new SendFox customers. Subscriber referrals help your own readers refer friends to your newsletter.
How do I get subscribers to refer friends?
Open the subscriber referral page at sendfox.com/account/subscriber-referrals (there’s no menu link to it). There you set up a Referral hub page your readers can share, the Prizes for referring, and an Email footer promo for your emails. It works on every plan.
